Responsibilities :
- Analyze marketing activities (ATL, BTL, and visibility programs), conduct market surveys, and perform market research
- Monitor marketing programs and budgets to ensure alignment with annual targets
- Develop and analyze ROFO (Rolling Forecast) to ensure accurate product availability
- Identify market needs, conduct competitor analysis, assess new product potential, drive product development, and create marketing feasibility studies
- Analyze sales target achievements, collaborate with the sales team to develop programs, and provide training to enhance sales team’s product knowledge
- Handle customer complaints and inquiries effectively and thoroughly
Qualifications :
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any field, preferably Pharmacy/Pharmacist
- Preferably 2-3 years of experience as a Brand Supervisor in Health Supplements/OTC
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Solid knowledge of marketing & branding strategies, stock management, product development, market surveys & research, and product knowledge
- Honest and with high integrity, customer-focused, adaptable, and capable of planning and evaluating marketing strategies for various products and market segments while collaborating with relevant stakeholders
- Willing to travel for business trips
- Willing to be based in Meruya, West Jakarta
