Responsibilities :
- Design and execute creative digital campaigns that deliver tangible results
- Develop innovative breakthroughs that transform how the company’s brand connects with its audience
- Manage the complete digital ecosystem: from SEO, SEM, and social media to e-commerce
- Lead collaborations with influencers and optimize media placements
- Analyze campaign data and generate performance reports to continuously improve digital results
- Stay updated with and adapt to the latest digital marketing trends to maintain a competitive edge
- Implement marketing communication activities through digital media in alignment with company strategy and policies, including website development & monitoring, social media activation, content posting, digital ad copywriting, data collection, monthly reporting, and performance evaluation
Qualifications :
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Communication, Communication Studies, Public Relations, Advertising, or Literature
- At least 3-5 years of experience in an Advertising Agency, Public Relations Agency, or Marketing Communication role in an FMCG/Health Supplement company
- Deep understanding of the digital marketing landscape, strong communication skills, and consumer insight analysis; content creation skills are a plus
- Strong creative writing skills and strategic thinking ability
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written
- Highly self-motivated with a strong ability to learn independently and adapt quickly to new technologies
- Proactive in keeping up with the latest digital marketing trends and tools
- Willing to be based in Meruya, West Jakarta
