Digital Media Marketing Communication Section Head

Responsibilities :

  • Design and execute creative digital campaigns that deliver tangible results
  • Develop innovative breakthroughs that transform how the company’s brand connects with its audience
  • Manage the complete digital ecosystem: from SEO, SEM, and social media to e-commerce
  • Lead collaborations with influencers and optimize media placements
  • Analyze campaign data and generate performance reports to continuously improve digital results
  • Stay updated with and adapt to the latest digital marketing trends to maintain a competitive edge
  • Implement marketing communication activities through digital media in alignment with company strategy and policies, including website development & monitoring, social media activation, content posting, digital ad copywriting, data collection, monthly reporting, and performance evaluation

 

Qualifications :

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Communication, Communication Studies, Public Relations, Advertising, or Literature
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in an Advertising Agency, Public Relations Agency, or Marketing Communication role in an FMCG/Health Supplement company
  • Deep understanding of the digital marketing landscape, strong communication skills, and consumer insight analysis; content creation skills are a plus
  • Strong creative writing skills and strategic thinking ability
  • Proficient in English, both spoken and written
  • Highly self-motivated with a strong ability to learn independently and adapt quickly to new technologies
  • Proactive in keeping up with the latest digital marketing trends and tools
  • Willing to be based in Meruya, West Jakarta
