On February 18, 2023, Indocare Group presented the “Improvement Award” to 6 divisions that have successfully implemented some improvements throughout 2022.
6 Division Heads who successfully became Improvement Facilitators for their teams were awarded certificates and souvenirs. The awards are also given to each employee who has achieved improvement in both the Individual, Internal Group, and Cross Division Improvement categories.
